About Me
I am a relational therapist who believes that therapy should be an empowering, inclusive, and affirming experience. I place a high value on authentic connection and strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen and equipped to pursue the changes they desire. I take an eclectic and client-centered approach, grounded in systemic thinking and theories that emphasize relationship, empowerment, and neurobiological integration.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients—particularly teens and women—who may identify with traits like being “perfectionistic,” “high achieving,” “intense,” “not into small talk,” or “multipotentialite” (having many shifting interests). My work also includes those navigating ADHD, autism, twice exceptionality (2E), anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all identities and lived experiences. I work with individuals (12+), couples, and families both in person and via telehealth.
Treatment Approach
My therapeutic approach is centered in Relational, Strengths-Based, Person-Centered, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) frameworks. In addition, I often draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and befriend the different “parts” of themselves, and from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support deeper connection in relationships. I believe healing happens within safe, authentic relationships and that each client holds the inner capacity for growth and change. I view my role as a collaborative partner who helps clients reconnect with their strengths, gain insight, and move toward a more meaningful and empowered life.
I specialize in working with: Women’s Issues, ADHD, Autism Spectrum / Neurodivergence, Twice Exceptional (2E) / Giftedness, Self-Esteem and Identity Development, Anxiety and Depression, Stress and Emotional Overwhelm, Parenting and Family Dynamics, Life Transitions, Relationship Issues, Peer and School Challenges and LGBTQ+ Affirming Support.
