About Me
During the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, especially within the underprivileged and marginalized communities. I spent the last 4 years at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire working with college students.
Treatment Approach
I have experience addressing a variety of clinical concerns including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, identity development, adjustment, culture shock, intersectionality, ADHD, and generational trauma. My objective is to empower individuals to develop their own goals, increase their confidence and self-esteem, and support them throughout the process. I work from an eclectic approach which includes: person-centered, humanistic, solution-focused, motivational, and cognitive behavioral techniques.
