MS, Licensed Graduate Social Worker
I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who is passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families towards meeting their personal goals and repairing past hurts. Special areas of interest include trauma, life transitions, relationship conflict, and couples and family counseling. I have found that a person-centered and compassionate therapeutic approach can assist clients in finding the strength to navigate through life.
I utilize modalities that are specific to each individual to ensure they are tailored to their individual needs. A few of these treatment modalities include a strengths-based approach, tools of self-compassion, mindfulness, narrative therapy, cognitive-behavior therapy, emotionally focused therapy, play therapy and structural therapy.
It is a privilege and honor to assist in supporting clients along their journey and witnessing their growth. I believe that for the therapeutic process to be most effective there needs to be a feeling of safety and trust. Together we can work towards building the foundation necessary to explore areas of growth and work towards healing.
