Throughout my career, I have been given the opportunity to encounter a wide range of issues and have developed extensive experience with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, and dual diagnosis. I have spent the past five years involved with various community and clinical settings, working with individuals that present unique experiences and therefore have unique needs.

Throughout my professional experience in mental health I have worked in outpatient, in-home, community-based, and inpatient settings. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, life transitions, trauma, substance use, as well as other concerns.

My objective is to empower individuals to develop their own goals, increase their confidence and self-esteem, and support them throughout the process. I work from an eclectic approach which includes: person-centered, humanistic, solution-focused, motivational, and cognitive behavioral techniques.
